I volunteer with a cat shelter and would love to use this picture for it and add the caption, “Thank you, God, for my forever home.” But I would need permission to use it. Can you tell me where it came from? Thanks – Christina

    • adam says:

Wouldn’t it be more appropriate for the cat to be thanking the adopter, unless God adopted the cat, which I do not believe happens? (if anyone wonders, I am honestly curious about this.)

  2. ace says:

MiltoriousCAT posted it. If you want to permission maybe you could ask them.

If you’re reading this MiltoriousCAT, can Christina use your pic for an cat shelter? Please

  3. Lisa says:

How precious! I love this little kitten’s colour. So adorable. Good job on the picture. It can be difficult to capture the moment since they move so fast and hear every little noise! I’ve tried (and have failed) many times trying to video my kitten snoring!

  4. MiltoriousCAT says:

I’m not sure if GOD adopts cats or not, but not in this case. Milton was adopted by his mommies and it was just a great story for everyone involved. He was a rescue, but not from a shelter. He was the lone survivor of his litter, after a terrible accident, and came to me when I needed him most. I had lost my job and was pretty down. Having him to take care of and love has really kept my spirits up. We got him when he was only about 10 days old, so he was literally a handfull. He’s totally worth it. He’s the sweetest boy. I can’t stop taking pictures of him and I am glad that others are enjoying them as well. I am ok with it being used for the shelter, but if you make a million dollars off of it, just remember, I am still unemployed and have been for a year, so if you have to hire extra staff, I better get a call! :)
