The octopus in the BBC link in comment 1 looks different, but it apparently IS a dumbo octopus.

It’s actually called a dumbo octopus, and they live 3000-4000 meters under the sea. I think this is the kind they used for a model of the octopus in Finding Nemo…
This is a juvenile Dumbo Octopus found only in deep sea. MBARI has photographed several of these as juveniles and adults.

yeah this is a dumbo octopus, i was reading a book on weird ocean creatures and i found a picture of that thing, though dumbo octopi (i checked octopi is a valid spelling)can be other colors.
