This looks to be an f1 bengal. It is a hybrid between a wild species (the Asian leopard cat) and a domestic cat (abysinnian, egyptian mau, american shorthair, etc). This kitten has the spots of the wild cat, but much of the attitude of a house cat. That’s really the way it looks.
F1 just means a first generation cross. F2 would be if the kittens from two F1s had kittens together, and so on. They are beautiful but they get a bit bigger than housecats, and are much more active.
