“Hey, who drained the swimming pool!?” D:
Squee! Spotter: Unknown
Baby possums are cute little rats. And you can always tell possum tracks by those starfish front feet.
Yeah, those toes really do me in! =D
they have cute little pointy faces if the face is not biting you!
EEEP!
I’ve never been to the American South, and have never seen the starfish opossum feet.
‘Tis cute, but I think it’s in a comin’ at it from the other side sorta way…
I once found a baby possum stuck in a swimming pool at the hotel where I worked (in Virginia). When we rescued him and wrapped him in a towel his little tail curled around my hand and hung on for dear life! We had to pry him off to pass him over to the wildlife rescue guy that came to take him.
Too bad they don’t stay this cute – when fully grown they look like scary demon-rats!
That’s bordering on the scary! They’re freaky-deaky at night!
I think I would scream if I saw that in my sink.
MOAR Possum!
Another picture of baby possums I saw showed them all with their mouths open, too.
It’s probably a threat display. Adults have 50 teeth. But the ones I dealt with at the wildlife shelter usually just gaped at me and didn’t try to bite unless I had to handle them. I like possums, but they are really dim compared with raccoons (North America’s monkey substitute).
I have a baby possum who comes and eats on my window ledge every night…he is so ADORABLE!!..he looks like mickey mouse

The title and caption on this picture really did me in. So cute!
Opossums, not cute. The babies may appear cute in photos, but if you are unfortunate to be within smelling distance (approx 1/4 mile) any thoughts of cute immediately dissapear.
Holy crap! The only creatures that show up in my sink are centipedes.
Oh man, these are definitely not cute. *shudders*
awwwwwwww i would love one of those for a pet but my mom would say no :’(
