Awwwww chubby hamsters are so cute (not as cute as rats though) I just wanna boop those bellies
The one on the left looks like a cream (BEW – black eyed cream) to me and the one on the right is a cream dom (dominant) spot or a cream banded. Both dom spot and banded hamsters have white bellies, so without seeing the top of her it’s hard to tell. Golden hammies are darker than creams and have cheek flashes and a darker undercoat.

Pyza does have cute hamsters, but I always flinch when I see how she holds them… This can’t be comfy! In some pictures she even holds her Hamsters by the scruff of their necks, which is simply unacceptable. Yes, I know, you probably just want to hear that the hamsters are uber cute and stuff… but I have 4 Hamsters on my own (each in a 1,20 m selfmade wooden little paradise cage) and know a bit about them… The hamsters are sure cute. But why are they outdoors? Most hamsters would die of a heart attack.
In my experience, hammies like to be resting on your fingers with your thumb across their bellies like a safety bar.
As for outdoorsiness, I’ve had it both ways. One hammy hated the great outdoors and wanted nothing to do with it (he was a lazy-butt) and the other longed to romp through the fields eating dandelions. There was another who wouldn’t wanna go outside because she was skeered of everything.

Am I the only one who is thinking that these hamsters are HUGE? I’ve had hamsters before and judging by the size of the hands holding them, these girls are gigantic! I guess the hands could be those of a child or a woman with very small hands and that would explain it but I don’t know.
