I think they’re just called ear tufts.
I believe they’re just small tufts of fur. But my main experience is with tigers so I’m not sure.
BTW, they are SUPER ADORABLE. Definitely a squee out of me.

Bobcats. They’re cute, but even at that age, they are pretty defensive.
These are bobcat kittens. Wild critters, not pets.
That said, I knew a bobcat/domestic cat hybrid who belonged to my uncle. The cat was not a deliberately bred hybrid, but the result of a barn cat mating with a bobcat tom. Rocky was beautiful, a sweetheart with people, and very smart. Unfortunately he was a terror to other cats and the local small wildlfe. He died about 15 years ago, at the age of 20.

Nopers =) Lynx are lighter in colour, and have broader faces. Lynx kits are a more sandy colour. Here’s what may be the original pic for reference. I’m from Texas and have lived all over the state, including places where these guys are pretty common.

either ear tufts, or among maine coon (who have them too) owners like myself they are often called lynx tips
I would have said lynxes, but I’m not a bobcat expert, and we can’t see the rear end, which would help.
