Have you ever noticed that baby hedgies have something of a “not quite finished” look to them? Almost like they are the rough model for a critter? No sharp defined edges or anything. Even their spikes don’t look stiff at all, more like someone gave them a buzz cut, but didn’t bother to go back and trim up the rough places.
Love them when they’re this teeny. <3 One thing, though…I think this little 'fella' is a little GIRL. Note the absence of a 'sheath,' the part that looks like one is much closer to the tail end than the belly. Pretty sure this is a female hoglet.
