Can’t a baby polar bear just get a drink once in a while without being ogled? I mean, yeah, I’m freaking adorable, but I need some alone time every now and again, y’know?
Also, it takes a lot of concentration to lap up water from a running source, and you guys keep distracting me and making me spill all over myself like a fluffy little idiot. That’s not very nice, you know. Nowleavemealoneplzkthxbai?

That is “Flocke”, a polar bear cub handraised in Nuremberg Zoo, Germany in 2009. She was a big media star over here, and there exist tons of ultra-cute pictures of her. She’s been sent to France now, though, for a breeding program.
Living in Nuremberg, I visited her often when she was little, and when she was adolescent. Cute cub
