We should not be killing them at all! The planet is suffering under too many humans doing cruel things. Slaughterhouse production of animals is a bigger contribution to global warming than all transportation. It is destroying our water systems, topsoil, habitat for wildlife, and causing great suffering for the animals themselves. We humans thrive on a PLANT based diet. Stop killing them altogether!

not necessarily… I have pet sheep and it is more likely that we share food than them being my food because I don’t eat meat
