
Hmmm… maybe I scaled up my workout regiment just a little bit too quickly… I thought I was doing okay, and the cardio section was totally a breeze… but after crunch number 38, I started to feel a little stiff, and now I fear I’m stuck in this precise position and not able to get out of it! Is that normal? Do atrophy and exercise go hand in hand? Is anyone else even around to listen to my plight right now? SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE I CAN’T MOVE!
