As stated by several people on icanhazcheezburger.com this video is offensive.
It promotes blatant stupidity on the part of humans that haven’t got the brains to leave wild animals alone. Getting between a Mother Bear and her Cubs will usually get you DEAD. If it dosen’t it will get the Mother Bear dead when the Moron that got so close is attacked by the Mother Bear and they complain to the Park Wardens!
Use your Brain, Save a Life and BACK OFF!
Leave wildlife to be wild.
To the morons that will point out that they are in front of the vehicle, every vehicle on the road has a Reverse Gear!
While I am a stalwart “sorry, that cougar didn’t ‘mistake’ your child for prey, your child _is_ prey to a cougar” person, I don’t know what the hell you’re talking about.
From the video included, all the humans (and cars) are WAY far away from the cars, the mom is clearly not upset and what it looks like (possibly mistaken) is that two cars were slowly moving through the park, the ‘kids’ rolled into the road in between the cars & both drivers stopped their vehicles, got out to take pictures a VERY safe way away and just rolled film.
No one is upset, no one is in between anyone else and all things considered, this is pretty innocuous.
er.. cars are way far away from the “bears” not the “cars”
