Squee lovers, this lovely rodent whatsit named Poco is a paca, and it was born at the San Diego Zoo Sep. 7. I’d never seen a paca until now, but if Poco is any indication, I’d say pacas are on par to dethrone capybaras as my favorite of all rodents! You hear that, capybaras? You better be on your A-game from now on!
