Whatsit Wednesday: Greater Angle Head Lizard

cute animals - Whatsit Wednesday: Greater Angle Head Lizard

Squee lovers, this week’s wonderful whatsit is a lovely greater angle head lizard. Lizards never cease to amaze me with their colorful brilliance, and this angle-headed one is certainly no exception! Does anyone have any more information about this darling whatsit, outside of simply knowing what it is?

Mr. Seuss and Tim Burton moved in together and wanted a pet. The rental contract stipulated no more than one pet per household. Mr. Seuss wanted an eagle (floozles were not available in stores), and Tim wanted a lizard (with smudgy black eyeliner). They went to a custom breeder and voila. The end.
