In the words of the photographer: “Leopardus pardalis, the Dwarf Leopard. Should be called Leopardus adorabilus.”
I couldn’t have put it any better myself.

Such pretty eyes!!
There’s a nose that needs to be booped. So what if you lose a couple fingers in the process.
Fairly certain that’s an ocicat… the scientific name is for an ocelot. not a leopard at all. *sigh*
Dwarf leopard *is* an alternative common name for the ocelot. Also McKenney’s (not sure on the spelling here, sorry) wildcat, I believe?
It says, “Leopardus pardalis, the Dwarf Leopard…” which -IS- an ocelot.
But an ocicat -IS NOT- the same thing as an ocelot. Ocicats are an all-domestic breed of cat that contain no wild DNA in their gene pool, and called “ocicat” for their mere resemblance to the ocelot.
^ that
Ocicato, oceloto… let’s call the whole thing booped!
That’s a serval. I just thought I’d let y’all know…
Er no, it’s a baby Ocelot. Servals (even as kittens) have larger ears and the markings around the eyes are not as distinct as these ones.
Plus, Leopardus pardalis’ is the scientific name for Ocelot(which is NOT a Dwarf Leopard despite what is posted -.-; ).
Well, I will just agree to disagree with you. You can look up the terms “ocelot”, “leopardus pardalis” and “dwarf leopard” and see they are synonymous.

HHHNNNNNGGG!
Whatever it’s called, it’s a beautiful little cat.
I could swear that’s an ocelot… *googles ‘dwarf leopard’*
It IS an ocelot!
And so dang squee!
