
Seven… eight… nine… and TEN! Hraaaaaaah! Oh man, lifting weights is always so intense! There’s no better way to get your adrenaline rush on than by pumping some iron, you know? Though I guess the “iron” in question for me is actually more fiber… but what I’m trying to say is that I’m a bit of a proverbial gym rat, if you know what I mean. Now where was I? Oh, right.
