Seriously, the worst part of starting your day is the getting out of bed part, in my opinion. And I’m totally jealous of this itty bitty monkey; he gets carried from his bed to the breakfast table by his mama! How awesome and adorbz is that?

… and who am I to argue with such a prophetic omen? I perched down upon this harbinger of nap time, and immediately started feeling sleepy! And while I’ll be the first to admit that it isn’t the most comfortable bed I’ve ever made, I’m willing to accept a bit of post-wakeup soreness if it means appeasing fate… and getting another couple hours of shut eye. Whichever of those you think is more important, that’s my rationale.

Awww, Toulouse looks so pleasantly at peace in his newfound tube-bed. If there was a little more room, I’d squeeze in there and join him for a nap myself!
You guys, I need to stop working like RIGHT NOW. This little puppy looks down for the count for the day, and I need to go tuck him into bed ASAP! … and curl up next to him for a nice long snooze.

Ugh, junior, do we really have to do this EVERY TIME? There’s a reason why I call for you to come back to the house when the sun starts to set! I know you’re a growing young tiger, and I admire how energetic you always are… but we both know you get sleepy really fast when evening comes.
And I know I always say I don’t mind carrying you home when you dose off in the field… but you’ve been eating a lot lately, and you’re starting to get really heavy, and I kinda feel like my jaw is gonna fall off right now…
