Oh my god you guys. This is like the BEST meal I’ve EVER had. I gotta admit, I wasn’t expecting a whole lot when the waiter told me that the “best thing on the menu” was a simple shrub… but WOW. I am just floored right now. The flavor is almost indescribable! I detect a hint of lemon, and there’s a daffodil glaze, and I think there might even be a smattering of horseradish in the mix. It shouldn’t work… but it all blends together so well! Man, I must be dreaming, because this meal makes me think I’ve died and gone to nom-heaven!
